Well, I lead such an exciting life… that this past weekend, I attended our local village Pantomime (Dick Whittington) where there wasn’t much thigh slapping from Dick (always played by females) but I did have a few laughs and managed to heckle them when they forgot their lines… I’m so cruel, LOL! & so to Saturday evening, spent in front of a log fire cos it’s so damned cold and the X Factor (then Sunday evening to watch the results). Wowee!

I know my American readers will be like, who cares about “your” X Factor… WTF? But this year we have had the power of the internet keep in a truly woeful singer of Brazilian origin called “Wagner” thanks to us Brits who don’t always like to see smug self righteous gits like Simon Cowell think he can tell us what he wants… I do admire the guy, he has had a lot of success with his various formats and fair play to the fella, but he should have remembered it’s “panto season” here in the UK…and until Wagner was finally voted off last night by falling into the bottom 2… we had a real panto villain spoiling the vote every week thanks to the various internet campaigns to keep him in…but remember, all those telephone votes are megabucks in Mr Cowell’s generously lined pockets, but you could see the relief of Simon Cowell and the “interesting and fascinating” journey that Wagner had led! OK, why am I wittering on about X Factor and suchlike? I just had to let you all know about this latest movie now out at StrictSpanking.com as it stars Pandora Blake in what I reckon must be one of her earliest internet spanking roles! Brrr! It’s a tad chilly outside, I’ve got a roaring log fire going and brought the laptop into my Living Room to write this as I watch some lazy crap on the TV… The missus is away and I couldn’t even find solace in sneaking off to watch my football team as they are so dire that I actually resent supporting any of the vastly overpaid players that are shaming my club, Plymouth Argyle – I wish nothing but unemployment and illness on those slacking fuckers many who are just playing down their contracts as they have all the power… just FUCK OFF along with the property developing scum infesting my club who are hoping to profit from England supposedly getting the Soccer World Cup bid for 2018… it won’t happen, I’m actually hoping Spain or Russia get it so the leeches running my beloved club will up sticks. I know the club will fall into Administration, and for the amount of money owed… A Premiership footballer could give up a month’s wages to help out our now utterly shit ridden club…anyway, I am digressing, I am thoroughly depressed following them so I, like many other of my fellow fed up fans, are voting with our feet and not going until the present Board members piss off. I WANT MY CLUB BACK!

Lest we forget

I never do, coming from a family with a strong military tradition (I wanted to become a fighter pilot when I was younger until I failed the medical because I suffered from hayfever very badly then… oops!) and hailing from one of the UK’s primary military ports, the city of Plymouth, it’s hard not to know someone or some event that hasn’t shaped the place I grew up in from the near wipe out of blanket bombing of the Blitz in WW2 (and the shocking 1950s rebuild of the center from what was once a beautiful area with character and history). I’ve known loved ones lose their lives whilst serving our country since then too. I now have only one nephew currently serving in the Royal Navy, so I’m sorry if this is a little indulgent but this is to my family, and the other families who have loved ones currently on tour in the Armed Forces and to those that lost their lives in whatever conflict including the 2 world wars – for those who died that we may express our freedoms… I will be remembering the fallen on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month (GMT) in a 2 minute silent vigil on what is known as armistice (or Remembrance) Day.  

R.I.P. all the fallen heroes…

Well, as they say here in England… “Remember remember the 5th of November” it’s the celebratory burning of the traitor Guy Fawkes! Nowadays of course it’s rather forgotten just what he got caught trying to do over 400 years ago… but of course I can bore you all with that information!

On 5th November 1605, two years after the death of Queen Elizabeth I, soldiers discovered Guy Fawkes in a cellar under the Houses of Parliament. With him were at least twenty barrels of gunpowder. He was arrested and tortured until he told his torturers about a plot to blow up Parliament, King James I & his Members of Parliament. Anyway, I won’t bore you with more info (Google cam let you know if you’re really that interested) & after he & his co conspirators execution the following year in 1606 Parliament agreed to make 5th November a day of public thanksgiving and ever since then the day has been celebrated with fireworks and bonfires (usually placing an effigy of Guy Fawkes on the top of the bonfire!)

In this ongoing movie which is now out IN FULL the movie, “Off Campus” has Pixie given the opportunity for revenge on poor Lily Anna’s bottom when Principal Veronica orders the girls to switch places. Lily Anna isn’t enjoying being on the receiving end quite as much as she liked being the one to dish out the discipline earlier (I’m sure I showed this previously, feel free to check my previous posts).

Ten had agreed to help clean the house after getting back from a wonderful mother-daughter vacation. But when Sandy returns home, she finds the house just as messy as when she left and decides to take a paddle to Ten’s bottom – it’s “back to reality” for this lazy teenager!
