Spanking Awards 2014 Results

The final award for 2014 is in – Best Spanking Site goes to Pandora Blake’s DreamsOfspanking.com

I said before if the sites didn’t make their fans aware of this award via social media or whatever means then they might not fair as well… Pandora included this poll in her fab monthly newsletter and this worked as I counted about 30 or 40 extra votes which gave her a resounding win! Without that newsletter, I might add, Pandora’s site would have won handsomely anyway… but this shows the power of various social media available out there, I was astonished! DoS is a very worthy winner… Well done!
It’s been an interesting process, but I feel better prepared for next time and will contact producers in advance as regards THEIR choice of films they want put forward from the usual sites I am aware of and of course any producer that wants to be included need only ask when this is done next time! I will also ask people to suggest workable categories that interest us all… asking readers to suggest best clips/films is largely unworkable as there isn’t too many that stand out and a lot of people can’t name titles so I will definitely leave that to producers next time and you will all have a few images and plot lines behind it to vote on (and I hope that people just don’t vote for their fave site regardless, as that gets tedious – try to view the awards with an open mind and acknowledge that other producers might have done something voteworthy!)

I know this is a spanking blog – but it is also a personal place where I come to write or rant from time to time or share something wonderful or sad… I had spent 3 years of my life living and working in Paris when I was younger so have always felt an affinity to the place so when I started to see these sickening stories unfold of today’s events, I was deeply saddened. As most of you are well aware by now, a satirical publication, Charlie Hebdo was attacked – It’s a part of the French way of life, especially Parisians who enjoy a funny red over an expresso in the many brasseries.. they have many of these,Â mainly left wing, but very funny pokes at society… all areas of society. Well, after a firebombing incident a few years back from posting satirical images of Mohammed, they continued undeterred…. but now we have something far more sinister. No one has taken responsibility for the mass murder of the workers and 2 cops so far (12 dead at the time of writing) but it is a fundamental attack on freedom of speech. I realize that Extremists have zero sense of humor, much like those who deal in anything deemed illegal but in this case they have stepped too far. This is a way of life, to challenge it like this will only backfire as it has done on social media already! I implore you to do what these awful ignorant terrorists aimed to do (punished and murder in the name of their religion to stop us satirizing whoever the hell we feel like deserves it at the time… ) by sharing, retweeting, changing your profile pics and such to “Je suis Charlie” or even “Nous Sommes Charlie” – I am, or we are Charlie – after the #CharlieHebdo publication and 4 prominent cartoonists/lampoonists, including Msr Hebdo were killed – show your support for our freedom on how we choose to live! #solidaritÃ©.

Personal Freedoms are being whittled away as we have discussed last month in our own niche of Spanking and the production of it from the UK… to allow Freedom of speech to be challenged too is wholly unacceptable!

Spanking Site 2014 Nominations

This is the final nomination, and one of the biggest prizes for producers (I’d love to win this one, lol) it shows that others in our niche like what we do, that we must be doing something right. There are so many sites, please don’t shout at me when I had to make the final cut, these are, as I have said from day one – based on YOUR nominations sent via comments and emails. It’s been hell collecting them altogether but here are the 10 sites, and in this case, just one vote, so make it count everyone… and the winner will be announced in a little under 2 weeks (Jan 12th 2015) – again, sites are in alphabetical order. In around 2 or 3 weeks I will put out an alternative Awards Nomination request… more on that coming soon but in order to make this work I’ll need support from producers so I will be contacting them to submit THEIR fave choice of films they have made AND their fave films they have seen or heard about from a rival producer… as well as a Spanking CLIPS Store nomination too (since there are so many nowadays, I will need your help on this too!)

The New UK Regulations

I wasn’t going to mention this at all, but seeing some of my fellow Brits so upset and a few of my members wondering what is happening, I thought I’d answer a few of their questions and make a brief comment on this overall. I am now only going through some mails as I have been rather busy these past few days and have told each member that has written to me that as far as I am concerned it is business as usual and I won’t be intimidated or bullied by crass ignorant law makers.
I will post a brief message inside the members area later today – as far as I am concerned, the new laws will not affect the website – as I am here in the USA right now drawing up papers with an attorney to transfer all operations to Sarah Gregory’s US based companyÂ with immediate effect (on my return to the UK I will be informing my accountants of the decision and looking at the best and easiest way to wind up my UK operations. Basically, Sarah Gregory’s company will operate Triple A within her group of sites. What does that mean? I will NOT be answerable to the ridiculous and pathetic regulations approved of on December 1st in the UK. The only thing I have bowed down to is removing the ability of UK debit cards to process transactions via CCBill (for the moment) – which is rather bloody annoying as I have had several rejected sign ups since I voluntarily decided on doing this. I apologize to my British readership and prospective members – as it would appear that all 16 and 17 year olds feel the need to pay for their porn with debit cards according to ATVOD and the learned Department of “Culture, Media and Sport” (I won’t deem them with a link right now) . I polled my nephews on this and they laughed… as I suspected, when they were of this age not too long ago, they used all manner of tube and piracy sites to get their porn fixes or music/Hollywood films for free.

To say how ashamed I am to be British in the light of this repressive and damaging regulations (What will be next in line for censorship? Who will test case this? How will this portray women and damaging mainstream mysoginistic porn) I won’t waste any more of my time on this – I have a meeting with the attorney tomorrow and of course this will affect me personally, it is not a decision I took lightly.

So to repeat: What does this mean to my members right now? Nothing, AAA Spanking carries on as normal – all films made before Dec 1st have been fully edited (in the US I might add) and are already loaded onto my servers which have always been based in the USA as I never fully trusted the UK and how right I was! I will still continue to promote the site wherever I am… I spend time in the UK and USA (and other countries) but after this tax year will no longer contribute legally to the UK and will look to staying more permanently in the US long term. It may not be much – but I feel sad that this decision has been forced on me by sheer ignorance and it really hurts as a British citizen who wanted to remain legal and contribute to the country of my birth! Now any profit and taxes from that will go to another country and my accountant who I love will no longer get payment from me… bravo!

I will leave you several links for you to mull over and links to other producers and commentators who are as equally appalled and dismayed as I am. Please sign every petition you find, I know that 38degrees are rather good at shouting up and please do consider Backlash UK and help donate where possible as this will be my line of defense in the UK if they wish to pursue me, although they can do it via Sarah’s company who will no doubt politely tell them to FUCK OFF!

The Annual 2014 Spanking Awards

I was rather disappointed to see that no spanking awards either side of The Atlantic were made last year for 2013, so I have decided to rekindle that and hopefully you will all like what you see as you vote for your fave categories. I loved seeing the nominations and the anticipation of the voting until we had a result. Now as it seems Gabe’s Spanking Spot is now archived and he has moved on – I am concerned that no one will nominate, or that it will take too much of my time when I make this public, but I am Â willing to try, so please bear with me. basically all nominations will be pretty much the same for the categories you remember, however, as people used to vote for theoir favourite sites rather than most improved – I will add a category, is that ok?

Also, since I am running or collating all the info, I have decided in the interests of fairness and nepotism not to include my own site this year – or my blog, feel free to nominate me, lol, but I won’t include it. This is my sacrifice I make! I thought I’d get this out now so you are aware that you should start thinking about nominations on anything you’ve seen, watched or been involved in over this past year!

Right… we can not vote unless we have nominations and that of course is up to you! So for the first time I would like you all to think long and hard for this is a GLOBAL event. I therefore ask you to consider nominations to honour our outstanding fellow spankers/producers/bloggers and such. Â However, your favorites can not win unless you nominate them!

(this is the date nominations close) Â – So if you find your favuorite retired or semi retired sub/spankee has a long lost video out that was released during this time then they are eligible! (yay)
Nominations are OPEN until the voting begins on that category.
Voting will begin on December 1st 2014 and continue on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the rest of the year.
Winners will be announced after the New Year.

… doesn’t always necessarily have to stay in Vegas in my opinion! I am typing this very brief blog update to let you guys know that my new film update will be a little late this week but I aim to get it out by tomorrow with any luck. Tonight I shall be watching Britney Spears at Planet Hollywood on The Strip… I am sure it will be fun and I have a nice day ahead planned by the pool. I feel I deserve it, I haven’t really had much chance to actually just sit down and relax like it is a real vacation at any point… I was too ill in Florida (with asthma) to ever truly enjoy myself… so this is what I plan to do today! A couple of images should keep you in the mood of where I’m at. I have a lot of catching up to do when I am back in the UK by next week.

Of all the times I go out, what happens? Brutspank sneaks in and has been ripping my new materials for the last 2 hours. This is totally sickening, this Russian menace says that he provides a service to his freetard clients… only they end up paying MORE than if you were to buy a membership from me and legitimately support my site. To get the best deals off him you have to purchase a “membership” of sorts with his affiliate code so he gets a nice cut himself. In fact, all he does is look after himself at the expense of producers like myself. He doesn’t even care, all he does, and lies… of course, is saying that if you want free content, sign up to his shitty new filehosting services but you get a better deal getting the fast access (but have to pay) that he uses, they are designed to give HIM maximum profit, whilst ripping us off. Posting complete sites, as he does, kills them off. I’ve seen this happen to a few sites recently.

Now be aware, this guy is just one of many who try to rip off sites like myself, but their approach is pretty much similar. so read on…

I and many other fellow producers have had enough and will work together and destroy every link we see in open space across many many areas, forums etc, the different links they use, it’s a game but we will do it as it’s a group effort and we will continue to remove any links re upped and inform each other, reducing the profit of the thieves that seek to make money off us illegally.

So in the meantime, since he decided to use his own Russian Ip, for once, (since it was no doubt quicker and he knew i’d be onto him) we are using this, along with tracing software to pass this to a Russian client of ours who is an attorney there, he is providing free advice and a fan of spanking content. As far as that goes, that will be all I say on the matter. Anyway, safe to say, this pirate I have decided to mention today is making more than a good living in his country off companies like us and it is just low. This goes beyond simple file sharing and having stuff stashed away inside VIP areas which we don’t give a shit about… it’s when content is deliberately and maliciously shared with the intent of maximising revenues that really pisses off copyright owners. they really have no idea how much stress is involved in making content, updating sites, dealing with customer support and for dwindling returns… we do this for the love of it, but seeing stuff like this happen makes us question why we even bother?

I have kicked him out and voided the stolen credit card transaction, to those who use his links, you ARE using criminal stolen card information… I am guessing the only paying he does is to get a list of card numbers and details to use, they are all invariably American cards as the stupid American banks have the least protection. It sucks, but that is a fact of life.

So, poor ignorant Samuel Baker will never know that his card was used to purchase a piracy sign up at my site as I have voided it, forwarded the details to CCbill and they will place a further block on this guy’s name and address along with the other failed fraudulent sign ups in his name that he is unaware of. So to the pirate who is doing this and I hope you are reading this, we are watching! Many of us across the sites you are ripping off are watching carefully, we will minimise your chances of profiting from our sites, so go pick on others who don’t give a flying fuck, because we do. We have worked hard to make our stuff and are proud of the effort sweat and tears gone into them despite the ignorant comments some might make about what we or others produce. If they are so damned clever, they should try it themselves and see… but I would be digressing.

Thank you for ruining my day, my phone is now set to every sign up and failed sign up alert. & the delete button if you’re a person that likes to use STOLEN card details on a new sign up, is ready to be hit very very quickly.
