Ok, it’s finally over, the Cup was lifted, the million plus crowd have now dispersed from the centre of Madrid, San Miguel cervezas are out of stock all over Spain, my precious rioja wine supplies are thoughtlessly being drained dry and I shall have to find a loser country like Australia (heh heh, only kidding, love you guys really) for my wine supplies and we can forget the shabby final where the Dutch had decided to kick the Spanish out of the game, disgracefully, who in turn rolled on the floor theatrically, and kicked back a bit making the world’s most watched Final a farce. I hear in Holland they are making death threats and villifying the English Ref who, in almost all of England, we think he did a good job considering the shitty tactics which killed any chance of a “spectacle”. What would you prefer? That he sent off 3 or players early in the game (2 Dutch for sure and probably a Spanish player before the game was even 30 minutes old). It’s the World Cup Final FFS, the Dutch acted like damned cowards, I thought. I love our friends from Holland to bits and wanted them to win at the start and thought they would make a go of it….but that wasn’t the Holland we’ve all seen this year. Anyway, the Spanish deserved it, they were by far the best team of the tournament, and by far the best form team for the last 3 years, and I loved this bit when the Spanish Captain was interviewed by his girlfriend, Sara Carbonero, who is a massive TV news star in her own country…this is the David & Victoria Beckham of Spain…oh bless!

I had been planning on doing a full site review of this new website, SARAHGREGORYSPANKING.com and it’s been around, oh, about 6 or so weeks? Finally! England & USA are through!!!

Bloody hell! I couldn’t stand watching our game v Slovenia…after probably our most disgraceful performance ever (without losing) against a, well frankly, very average and negative Algeria side defending with 11 against our useless mob last Friday…we dominated the Slovenia match despite their negative tactics of defending and going for the counter attack (but we did it with a few scares near the end) but I can admit how nervy they must have been, so well done lads, what a turnaround…it wasn’t pretty at times but that team had a lot to go through & until 2 minutes to go, we would have topped the group, but well done to the USA for grabbing their last gasp winner to probably take the easier route through (on goals scored…sigh)! So it looks as if we’ll play Germany or Argentina early…so what, we know what to expect with these teams, I’m not scared anymore…get in there Fabio Capello!!! You gotta feel for Slovenia…2 minutes to go they were going through…oh well… *titter*

Now what I liked about this movie, apart from the fact that there were 4 girls starring in this (almost blasphemous) catholic style discipline film were the costumes, regulation school uniforms and those stuffy white panties, the knee length socks, this was the real deal and of course Sister Mary looked terrifying in her black habit! Sorry, I have a total writer’s block today, I really do, it happens to us all I suppose, and I’m finding it difficult to enthuse “gush” or review/promote anything today, it’ll pass and I’ll come back with some totally different exclusive and interesting stuff, I always do! Ok, I’m not going to say much about our almost disastrous opening game v USA…thanks to butter fingers Robert Green!

It all looked so good when we opened the scoring and were rarely troubled after that apart from that absolute howler from our goalkeeper to gift the Americans a 1-1 draw…fair play, they just about deserved something from the game.
