I wanted to write a blog post after a couple of stressful days in my personal life… I have finally left “Er Indoors” and it was quite upsetting this morning when I did go finally, it’s not something I wish to repeat – EVER! Yesterday was even worse, packing what was left of my gear sorting out stuff to take/throw away in front of her, partly my fault for not doing it sooner or whilst she was away on Friday… and have you ever had to pack in front of someone you had lived with for 14 years? soapboxrantHello everyone, I have had a really crappy day at work, I won’t explain in too much detail as to outsiders it’s pretty mundane but I have posted the patented warning of the “Chief’s Soap Box Rant” in case you want to move onto the update paragraphs instead (lol). Still here? OK… well, it just was not fun at work at all, and it is really grating at times…. why do those at the top think it’s ok to get by on not even the bare minimum of staff to cover various departments? We are overstretched and pissed off enough as it is… so when someone takes a “sickie” (older long term employees naturally have a generous contract that means they can take up to 3 days off without losing pay… I would lose pay until the 4th day, which is pretty crappy) as I said, those on those contracts are more prone to take the odd day off more than the rest of us. So now we have to work even harder and be grateful we have a job – I am utterly fed up with it. Also there’s a ban on overtime at the moment, well, getting paid to do overtime, yet “muggins” here is expected to ensure his dept. runs smoothly with new trainees & has to spend extra time, unpaid, covering that they at least know the basics *sigh*

I thought I’d spend some time looking at some stuff from the past on a few sites as well as bringing you news of what is current… that way, hopefully my updates shouldn’t clash with any other blogs you may or may not read (ahem… you mean you read OTHER spanking update blogs too?)

I couldn’t leave the blog alone, it’s 11.30pm at night as I START to write this up and have been warned NOT to come to bed late. OH SHIT!!! It’s warm as hell here… in the UK, many of my American readers will read this with aghast as I tell you about 90% of homes (ours included) don’t have Air Con… generally, we don’t need it. Here in Britain – it’s Armed Forces Day where we can show our support of those that serve, or have served the country in the past. I won’t waffle on, I wouldn’t do the job, not today when our boys and girls are sent round the world to conflicts they may not agree with but I fully respect them all, having members of my own family in the armed services, I know how they appreciate the support from back home. So here’s to you all, and to those that laid down their lives so that those that “hate” our country can somehow protest about it… unlike many of their original countries that they are affiliated to that would violently suppress any form of anti government or religious, provocative demonstrations (but I am digressing!)

rushingMy my… I have been busy away from the world of spanking, website promotions and such… rushing about like a blue arsed fly… so please accept my sincerest apologies. OK… and on with the spanking updates for today (“Part Deux”, if you like)

Some of our producer buddies here in the UK have been “uber busy” more than usual – I guess they are getting ready for the BBW event later this month at Atlantic City, NJ. Oh shit, ignore the next paragraph if you don’t want to read me on a “hard sell” – sorry!

So, in order to keep finances to a minimum, I had to choose between one of the parties to attend this year, so have chosen the SL Event in Vegas (since I have always wanted to do this one) and will look forward to that in September. I don’t have anyone paying for me to attend, unfortunately…. (I’m not a model and I’m ugly as sin!) and with limited time away (“Er indoors” does not like the idea of Vegas, the party or anything related to it ) that also eats into precious vacation time and extra expense as she will no doubt expect me to visit the grandkids in France next month at the time I am trying to organize a film shoot and get another sorted a few weeks afterwards (it’s not a chore, but it is rather more expensive than taking a cheap sunny holiday to unwind and recharge) as well as some vacation somewhere no doubt and we have had a horrendous winter with increased heating fuel and bills (sorry to waffle on…) so if you feel you can help me out to continue spending too much time on here and at my own site, please do support me the best way you can by either checking it out and joining HERE – I have held prices as low as I can as our content is home produced as you know and we do spend a lot to bring you your promised minimum updates and films per week by updating or perhaps choose one of the fantastic sites I bring to you on this blog as it’s no secret that I get a fraction of that on affiliate programs for helping to promote the great sites I love to see continue as well as you guys do too!

The 1980’s in Britain was a tough, horrible time… look at our fashion sense for goodness sake… but this country came out of it better and stronger… and like myself unable to sometimes forgive or forget past indiscretions against me, I know that I must move on… the mining communities are long gone and I do understand that it must have been Hell on Earth for these families fighting for their way of life… but they were delaying the inevitable and the loony left union leaders took this as a wicked chance to take on Thatcher… they lost and gambled horribly with their members lives! Maggie’s relationship with another great statesman from that era, Ronald Reagan, cemented what they called both our countries “Special Relationship” which I am proud that we (hopefully) still enjoy. She outlived Communism in Eastern Europe and the old Soviet Union and also the the decommisioning of The IRA and this has ushered in relative peace in Northern Ireland for which we are all very grateful on the mainland and the whole area has been regenerated. I could go on, instead, I will just pay my respects…
